Paul is an Army veteran, has 20+ year business management expertise, and is our IT systems extraordinaire. He is responsible for the business processes and systems that have allowed ARS to scale and grow throughout the years.

Beth has 30-years of agency experience, is our expert trainer, skilled process developer, and our #1 Sidekick. She brings an unparalleled amount of agency knowledge and experience to the Sidekicks family to give customers the very best service.

With 20+ years of agency experience, Tara is our skilled coordinator and our go to training specialist. She brings the energy and enthusiasm that makes the customer and Sidekick experience incredible!

With recent agency experience and the ultimate service guru, Jennifer brings her onboarding expertise and all-around awesomeness to our Sidekicks team. She also brings a wealth of Customer Success experience to the team.
