While each agency’s needs are unique, all Service Sidekicks are trained in core tasks essential to agency operations. We ensure they possess the up-to-date skills and expertise needed to deliver outstanding support to your office. Please note – you are required to have an ARS BOD Rep before hiring a Service Sidekick.
Your Service Sidekick will manage BOD tasks that your ARS Remote Service Specialist initiates, including document follow-up, resolving discount errors, DSS setup assistance, payment follow-up, and more.
Your Sidekick will implement our streamlined 3-step follow-up process for all new Auto/Fire claims, ensuring timely communication and consistent support for your policyholders throughout the claims process.
Your Sidekick will take care of various service tasks, including those assigned by your in-house team. They will contact customers to gather needed information, update applications, and process policy changes, freeing up your office staff from routine service duties.
Common tasks handled by your Sidekick include adding autos, replacement vehicles, drivers, lien-holders, renters rewrites, address updates, driving exposure and occupancy status inquiries, correcting discount errors, and similar service requests.
Your Sidekick will strengthen relationships with policyholders by making outbound calls for needed information, maintaining communication throughout the claims process, assisting with DSS setup, and helping reinstate canceled policies.
Your Sidekick will communicate via phone, text, or email, using systems that make it feel as though they’re part of your office team, ensuring policyholders always hear from your agency directly.
