By purchasing this Enrollment Fee, I hereby authorize ARSidekicks to charge my account an up-front fee of $500. *

By purchasing this Enrollment Fee, I hereby authorize ARSidekicks, LLC. to charge my account an up-front fee of $500. I further acknowledge that the Enrollment Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is separate from any salary or payment made to my remote employee per our agreement. I understand that I will be responsible for a recurring monthly consulting fee of $150 for Service or Financial Sidekicks and $200 for Executive Sidekicks to be charged to the card provided upon check out and that this charge will continue until I cancel in writing with 30 days notice.
