Hire a Sidekick

By purchasing this Enrollment Fee, I hereby authorize ARSidekicks, LLC. to charge my account an up-front fee of $500. I further acknowledge that the Enrollment Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and is separate from any salary or payment made to my remote employee per our agreement. I understand that I will be responsible for a recurring monthly consulting fee of $150 to be charged to the card provided upon check out and that this charge will occur on the tenth of each month beginning after my start date. I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card provided and that I will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company, so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in my agreement with ARSidekicks, LLC. I agree to notify ARSidekicks, LLC. in writing of any changes in my account or payment information.

I agree to give a 30-day notice in writing to cancel my service. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until then and that my service will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise indicated by me in writing. I further understand that, if I choose to cancel my service, I am required to continue to pay my Sidekick during my 30-day notice period.
