Service Sidekick
If you are a team player with a heart for service, look no further!
As a Service Sidekick, you get to help multiple agencies manage their service tasks to give policyholders the very best experience.
About the position:
Flexible and remote work lifestyle
Performs service tasks remotely for multiple agencies
Submits policy changes and underwriting information
Works in tandem with the ARS Remote Service Specialist
Performs claims follow-ups
Don't worry! You do not have to answer in-bound calls with this position
Apply today if you meet the following criteria:
Active Property and Casualty license in your resident state
If your resident license is in GA, TX, FL, or NY, please ensure you hold a General Lines license. The equivalent of a Customer Service or Personal Lines license is insufficient. Please speak with one of our staff members if you are uncertain.
Have 1+ years of in-agency service experience

Executive Sidekick

About the position:
Organize and manage the agent's inbox, calendar, and daily tasks
Help team member onboarding and track their licenses and training
Help with travel arrangements
Produce business reports and other visuals
Assist with various tasks- all meant to help the agent be their best!
