Service Sidekicks

Do you love service work?  As a Service Sidekick, you get to help multiple agencies manage their service tasks to give their clients the very best experience.

About the Service Sidekick position:

  • Flexible and remote work lifestyle
  • Performs service tasks remotely for multiple agencies.
  • Submits policy changes and underwriting information.
  • Works in tandem with the ARS Remote Service Specialist.
  • Performs claims follow-ups.
  • Don’t worry! You do not have to answer in-bound calls with this position.

Apply today if you meet the following criteria:

  • Active Property and Casualty license in your resident state
    • If your resident license is in GA, TX, FL, or NY, please ensure you hold a General Lines license. The equivalent of a Customer Service or Personal Lines license is insufficient. Please speak with one of our staff members if you are uncertain.
  • Have 1+ years of in-agency service experience

About the Executive Sidekick position:

  • Organize and manage the agent’s inbox, calendar, and daily tasks
  • Help team member onboarding and track their licenses and training
  • Help with travel arrangements
  • Produce business reports and other visuals
  • Assist with various tasks- all meant to help the agent be their best!

Do you love service work?  As a Financial Support Sidekick, you get to help multiple agencies manage their life, health, and financial service tasks to give their clients the very best experience.

About the Financial Support Sidekick position:

  • Manage all Life/Health applications from submission to issuance
  • Text/email reminders for interviews, medical exams, appointments
  • Prepare Illustrations and Proposals prior to appointments
  • Complete all service requests for financial products
  • Monitor Underwriting status

  • You are a U.S. citizen and reside within the contiguous 48 states, DC, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Are willing to obtain (if do not already hold) your home state’s resident Life and Health license.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience with Life/Health sales or services

  • Are highly organized and able to balance the requirements of multiple business owners
  • Have strong computer skills – Salesforce experience is a plus!

Frontline Representative

Unlock your potential with a modern, fresh approach to remote work! We are dedicated to elevating the traditional Customer Service/Admin Assistant position by connecting you directly with clients who require top-tier administrative phone support.

About the Frontline Representative position:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist the team with redirecting tasks and issues
  • Maintain call logs
  • Maintain and manage phone messages
  • Take customer payments, when needed
  • Pivot conversations to leaving Google Reviews and/or providing the opportunity for the sales team to speak with the customer about other insurance products
