My favorite part about being a Service Sidekick is the freedom!! It feels amazing to wake up every morning knowing that I don’t have to choose between being mom or having a career, I can do both hand in hand without having to sacrifice either. My only wish is that I would have done this sooner. A true once in a lifetime opportunity!

I have worked for the industry for the last 10 years and working with Sidekicks has been a game changer. The flexibility it offers for me and my family is unmatched. I also love the quality of agents that join this company. I truly feel appreciated and taken care of like never before. This job has completely changed my life. I am so grateful for Sidekicks!

I love the community that Sidekicks provides for their remote workers. We all work for different agents in different states and we all live in different places ourselves, and yet we all talk to each other whenever we need help. We meet weekly for training/chat sessions to help us feel connected. We also have a monthly meeting to just hang out with Chasity, the CEO, of the company! We are never alone, even though we work from home!

I love the flexibility of this job. I get to be a productive teammate, lending my knowledge to those I work with, and at the same time have an amazing work life balance. After a couple of decades in an agent office , this job was the perfect transition to something different but still meaningful!

I love the flexibility that it gives my family and myself. If I have errands or kids’ doctors appointments, I can work around them, or bring my laptop and work during those times. If I want to travel, I can work remotely, or even during the drive if I am a passenger.

I love the flexibility Sidekicks has given me and my family. I am able to provide a lucrative income for my family while also being able to stay home to care for my children. All of my agents make me feel like I am still part of their team despite being a remote worker for them. I feel appreciated and know that I am truly helping with their workflow in the office and taking these tasks off their hands. This job has truly been rewarding and a blessing to me and my family.

What I value most about Sidekicks is the feeling of being in control of my life once again. It’s the capability to finish my work efficiently and effectively while also having the flexibility to manage my personal life. This job has been a blessing in disguise for me, providing the opportunity to work remotely and be surrounded by my sweet pets. It’s a balance between work and personal life that I never knew I could achieve. I LOVE my job.

What I love the most about working with Sidekicks is being able to work from home. The flexibility I have to spend as much time with my family and still be able to have a successful career is not something that seemed possible until Sidekicks came along. I love working for Sidekicks because even though I am working from home, I still feel like I have a work family. The administration team is so helpful, and they truly care about each Sidekick. I really like that we stay connected with other Sidekicks and the admin team through [our] app; It makes working from home less lonely.

I love this company and all it offers in providing a job that is flexible and works with you on obtaining agents and still having the time to take care of my young children. I have been an Executive Assistant to two agents since April of this year. The amount of support available when questions arise is unmatched. I know I can always find an answer if confused on a task I’m being asked to complete. The sense of pride and accomplishment I feel while helping these agents become even more successful is so incredibly rewarding. From calendar organization, travel arrangements, inbox management, to the BIG four compliance reports, I enjoy it all, remotely from my home! BEST job ever!!

After 30+ years in an office environment, I decided to join Sidekicks. I’m still using my experience to help agents and staff which I love! However, now I have the freedom to spend more time with family, maintain my home, and do things for myself!
