What We Do

01. Follow-up to BOD

Your Sidekick will follow-up and handle BOD tasks that your ARS Remote Service Specialist addresses on the front end. This includes supporting document follow-up, discount errors, DSS set up assistance, payment follow-up, and more.

02. Claims Follow-up

Your Sidekick will follow our efficient 3-step follow up process on all new Auto/Fire Claims Cases to be sure your policyholders are receiving timely communications and feel supported by your agency throughout the claims process.

03. Servicing Policies & Processing Changes

Your Sidekick will handle a multitude of service tasks, including tasks created by your in-house team. Your Sidekick will contact customers to obtain information to update existing applications and process changes, relieving your office staff of the service work.

Examples of tasks handled by your Sidekick include: added autos, replacement vehicles, added drivers, added lien holders, renters rewrites, address changes, driving exposure inquiries, occupancy status inquiries, discounts removed in error, and other similar service tasks!

04. Personal Touches

Your Sidekick will help to foster your agency’s relationship with your policyholders by making outbound calls when information is needed, touching base several times throughout the claims process, assisting with setting up DSS where needed, and assisting with reinstating cancelled policies.

Your Sidekick will call, text, and email using communication systems set up so that the policyholder is hearing from your agency directly as though the Sidekick were sitting in your office building!
